Polo Europeo della Conoscenza – ITALY

Polo Europeo della Conoscenza – European Pole of Knowledge “Europole” is a non-profit public body with a huge amount of members; more than 4000 Schools and Organizations of Researchers, 3 Universities, 40 Adult Education Organizations, 2 Regional Administrations, Municipalities, 20 VET schools, 20 NGOs, 4 cooperatives, with more than 140.000 members in Italy. It is located in Verona – Italy and recognised as a Council for the European Educational Integration acting directly with all Educational Institutions at regional and national levels.

Europole’s main fields of activities are to promote the European dimension and integration through European and extra – European workshops, seminars, conferences, partnerships and projects. The network is planning “umbrella activities” involving in the projects the greatest possible number of institutions of the consortium. Polo Europeo della Conoscenza works in every field of education, from ITC to in-service training courses for teachers and kindergarten sectors to adult education in prison and in rural areas. It works also on social exclusion, fighting against xenophobia and racism, helping to break stereotypes around gender among different cultures and religions, training of students and dropouts, intercultural learning, youth workers’ and vocational training field. The 4000 institutions members of the network are working with learners at risk of social and cultural exclusion: immigrants, refugees, drop-out and learners with separated parents, social psychological borderline situations, bullish, learners with disabilities and other special needs. Another field of activities is the job strategies and economical researches. One of the main field of activity of the network in the last years has been the educational robotics focused on the prosocial values and human rights.

Consejería de Educación. Junta de Castilla y León – SPAIN

Consejería de Educación is the Department of Education of the Autonomous Government of Castilla y León (Spain). General Directorate of Innovation and Equity in Education is a principal administrative unit of Consejeria de Educación with responsibilities in the areas of monitoring programs, quality and evaluation; promoting Equity, equalilty and educative counselling; developing teacher training and promoting innovation in education; these areas of responsibilities conform the four branches of the General Directorate and the branch linked with equity, equality and counselling in education is the one involved on this project, together with the “Educational Counselling and multiprofesional team for the educational equity in Castilla y León” that belongs to the named branch and whose experts develop activities for promoting education within an inclusive framework, support on trainings  for the educative community and researches and innovations regarding  educational needs and educational answers.


Friends of Education – FYROM

The association Friends of Education has been established 22 May 2014. The members of the association ‘Friends of Education’ are teachers, professors and ICT experts who share the same passion: continuous professional development, high quality teaching and student-centered learning. The vision of the association is a commitment towards the process of modernization of the education process by using digitalized resources but at the same time humanizing it by adopting a holistic way of teaching and learning. The association strives to give a new meaning to the education process itself.  The mission, on national level, is finding a way to establish a centre for pedagogical design and producing digital resources as well as creating plans and programs for teacher trainings on how to use of digital resources in class. Internationally the mission is establishing and maintaining a stable network with international organization in order to provide and ensure best quality education.

Panevezys District Education Centre – LITHUANIA

Panevezys District Education Centre is a public and non-profit organization established by the Council of Panevezys District Municipality in 1995 and located in Panevezys City, Lithuania. The purposes of the Centre are to develop professional competence of the members of schools communities and promote the dissemination of perspective pedagogical innovations. The centre provides an in-service training for 22 educational communities situated mainly in Panevezys District. The Centre strives to develop professional competence of different community groups (youth, members of school communities, seniors) and promote dissemination of innovations in education. The activities of the Centre respond to the priorities of national education, school needs and individual trainees’ and the vision of a life-long learning society.  The team of the Centre offers research activities and learning projects, developing cooperation among different community groups, governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and foreign partners. It responds to the needs of educational community, regarding qualification, professional and cultural aspects. Education Centre coordinates Panevezys district Third Age University as well as Panevezys district non-formal Adult learning.


Trakia University – Department for Information and In-service Teacher Training (DIITT) – BULGARIA

Trakia University – Stara Zagora, Bulgaria – is an autonomous state institution. It was founded in 1995. The structure of the university includes 6 faculties – Faculty of Agriculture; Faculty of Veterinary medicine; Faculty of Medicine; Faculty of Education, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Technics and Technologies, Medical College and Department for Information and In-Service Teacher Training (DITT). The University performs education along programmes with four educational and qualification degrees – professional bachelor, bachelor, master and PhD, as well as programmes for qualification and post graduation specialization in the system of lifelong education. The Department for Information and In-service Teacher Training (DIITT) is an autonomous part of Trakia University. Its activities include: improving the qualification of teachers and administrative staff in the area of education; science development; participation in training of students from subjects and majors taught in Trakia University. DIITT trains teachers in all subjects included in curriculum of the schools from the system of secondary education; trains in methods of training; training in methodological and didactic issues in teaching school subjects; management of teachers’ own career development; prepares teachers for new professional-qualification degrees; organizes an annual pedagogical forum, conferences and etc.

UŞAK İL MİLLİ EĞİTİM MÜDÜRLÜĞÜ Uşak Provincial Directorate of National Education – TURKEY

Usak Provincial National Education Directorate is a governmental organisation in charge with the planning and coordination of all kinds of educational and training activities from pre-school to secondary and adult education in Usak Province. Usak Provincial Directorate of National Education is a local authority that embodies 387 educational institutions, 3.991 teachers, 61.674 students. Also, it includes 5 Districts Directorate; 211 primary schools, 19 preschools, 3 private schools, 1 special needs education centres, 32 high schools, 4 teacher hotels, 1 guidance and research centre, 2 vocational education centres, 6 lifelong learning centres. The organization is responsible for all education and training including adult education and training activities in central Usak and 5 districts of Usak. The Directorate is responsible for all kinds of education and training activities in the province. The Provincial Directorate supervise and coordinate the educational processes like teaching, learning, evaluation and assessment at schools in Usak province. Main objective of our department is to develop international projects in the province. To achieve this goal we aim to provide new Youth and Lifelong Learning Projects and overseas Youth organisations.
